All items are non-exchangeable / refundable due to hygiene reasons. Exchanges & repairs are only valid for defective or incorrect items.
RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM?
Please get in touch with us at calatheacrafters@gmail.com or direct message on Instagram within 5 days of receiving the item. Please send us a photo of the defective item with (i) your name and (ii) order details. We'll get the item replaced or repaired within 5 working days.

Item(s) damaged by the buyer or returned after 5 days of receipt will not be processed for repair or replacement. The returned item(s) should be in the original packaging (i.e. pouch, box and bubble wrap) to prevent damage during transit.
RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM?
Please get in touch with us at calatheacrafters@gmail.com or direct message on Instagram within 5 days of receiving the item. Do send us a photo of the incorrect item with (i) your name and (ii) order details. We'll send the replacement within 5 working days.

The incorrect item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging (i.e. pouch, box and bubble wrap). Returned item(s) that are found with damages, with missing parts or returned after 5 days of receipt will not be processed for replacement.

If your item requires repair or you wish to make changes to your item (e.g. change of chain length, replacement of jadeite pieces or charms), please get in touch with us at calatheacrafters@gmail.com or direct message on Instagram. Do provide details of your repair or change request.

Cost of the repair or alteration and re-delivery will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
